Smooth South African rooibos is blended with skullcap root, traditionally used to support sleep and relaxation, while delicate rose petals and soft vanilla notes create a warm, dreamy cup designed for slow evenings and gentle bedtimes.

How to brew the perfect tea

Step 1: Boil your water to 100°C and pour it into your favourite mug

Step 2: Drop in your tea bag, leaving the tag outside

Step 3: Leave it for 3-5 mins (the longer you leave it, the stronger the taste). We recommend you use these minutes to take a moment for yourself. Treat yourself to a mini-meditation, some mindful breathing or maybe just some good old fashioned daydreaming.

Step 4: Use a teaspoon to give your tea bag a quick squeeze before removing it and enjoying your cuppa!

To enjoy your tea cold, follow the above steps, let the water cool and add ice.
