How am I charged?

You’ll be charged securely each time your subscription order is processed using the payment method you selected at checkout.

How soon will my tea be shipped?

Your tea will usually be packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Once it leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your cup.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription anytime through your account. Simply log in using the account icon in the top right corner of the website. Once inside your account, click “Manage Subscription” to update your delivery schedule, change products, skip an order, or cancel your subscription.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There’s no lock-in. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
