How to brew the perfect tea
How to brew the perfect tea
Step 1: Boil your water to 100°C and pour it into your favourite mug
Step 2:Â Drop in your tea bag, leaving the tag outside
Step 3:Â Leave it for 3-5 mins (the longer you leave it, the stronger the taste). We recommend you use these minutes to take a moment for yourself. Treat yourself to a mini-meditation, some mindful breathing or maybe just some good old fashioned daydreaming.
Step 4:Â Use a teaspoon to give your tea bag a quick squeeze before removing it and enjoying your cuppa!
To enjoy your tea cold, follow the above steps, let the water cool and add ice.

Where do MOOD Tea's profits go?
Where do MOOD Tea's profits go?
Straight into youth mental health. MOOD is a certified social enterprise, which means 100% of our profits fund programs supporting young people across Australia. Every box, tin and pouch you buy helps get real support to the people who need it most.
Right now that includes four brilliant partners. Yiliyapinya is an Indigenous-led organisation creating pathways to healing and connection for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. BackTrack gives practical and emotional support to young people in rural and remote communities. batyr is a preventative charity working to reduce the stigma around mental ill-health among young Australians. And Our Futures is a clinically evaluated program helping high school students deal with anxiety and depression. So when you slow down for a cup, you are quietly doing something good too.

Love this tea! It's my favourite. Hibiscus helps sleep and ginger helps digestion. And...a great flavour!
I love this tea but have one problem which I have just discovered. I have ckc and licorice root is not good for my kidneys. How much licorice root is used in this tea
My hibiscus apple and ginger Mood tea sparks joy! Time stands still with the ritual of brewing my cuppa and enjoying each sip while reflecting for a while.
I absolutely love the taste of this tea! And I also love how this company gives to charity, wonderful initiative.
It always Happy Days with this tea. Most satisfying!
