How can I track my order?


Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification which will include a link to the tracking number. Here you can track your package.

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

 

If you are based in a Metropolitan city then generally speaking you should typically receive your order within 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch. If you are in a regional area of Australia, then please allow between 3-6 working days for your delivery to arrive. We partner with Sendle to send parcels and times may vary. 

 

 

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been made, we can’t make any amendments to it.

 

What is the shipping cost?

 

The shipping cost depends on where you are based, and how big your order is. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to you based on this. Our carrier is Sendle.

 

 

I’ve received a damaged item/something is missing from my order?

Do you ship internationally?

 

At the moment we are only offering MOOD tea to Australia, although that may change in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with our latest news. 

 

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

 

 

What payment methods do you offer?

 

You can pay via Visa, Amex, Mastercard, ApplePay, Google Pay and PayPal.

 

 

 

What is your shipping policy?

We try our utmost to send your Mood Tea as quickly as possible, however sometimes there are delays.

 

In that instance, Mood Tea is not responsible for any deliveries affected by natural occurrences or delays as a result of Covid-19.

 

Our shipping time frame starts from the time of dispatch from our Sydney Warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business working days from your order confirmation. Please note this does not include weekdays or public holidays. Christmas and peak periods may impact these timeframes.

 

 

What is your return policy? 

 

We want you to be as happy as possible with your MOOD tea. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please email orders@mood.org.au with your order number and state the reason for you return.

 

Returns are only possible within 30 days of purchase and provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning items.

 

We will endeavour to get back to you within 1-2 working days of receiving your returned item.

How do I subscribe to MOOD on demand? 

 

It's super easy, all you have to do is jump onto our shopping page and click the dropdown menu on the right hand side of the page to subscribe.

How do I cancel my MOOD on Demand subscription?

 

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account and clicking ‘cancel’ on your subscription.

 

I’m not going to be home next month, can I skip my tea delivery?

 

Yes, just jump on to the Mood tea website and login to your account, from here you can pause your subscription.

 

 

When will I be billed for my Mood on Demand?

 

You will be billed on the day of your first subscription cycle.

Our premium teas are sourced from Australia and all around the world. We work with one of the most reputable tea providers in Australia who source ingredients from their global network of friendly farmers for the best quality ingredients.

Are your teas suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

 

Yes, our teas are blended using only the highest quality natural plant ingredients free from any animal products.

 

 

What are your tea bags made from?

 

Our tea bags are made from sugar cane and are biodegradable and home compostable. They are free from synthetic fungicides, preservatives, pesticides and nanoparticle material.

 

 

Are there any glues or adhesives in your tea bags?

 

We work hard at creating minimal impact in everything we do, including the use of glues and adhesives.

 

We do not use any glue to attach the tea string to the bag, instead we use an Ultra Sonic Sealing technology.

 

We use PLA laminate (a bioplastic is plastic that is derived from renewable, natural resources such as corn or sugarcane) used to attach the filter.

 

 

Do you use plastic in your packaging?

 

We aim to be as light on the environment as possible and this includes the use of packaging.

 

Your Mood Tea is packaged in a recyclable foil wrapper and a light cardboard box.

 

To send your tea, we send your package in a cardboard box using green wrap, and honeycombed paper packaging to stop from any damage through the post.

 

There is use of a packing tape to seal the box, but this is minimal.

 

Does Mood tea expire?

 

As we use premium dried ingredients, your Mood tea will last approximately one year from purchase date.

 

 

How do I best enjoy my Mood tea?

 

We want you to enjoy your tea, so we have created a few brewing tips below:

 

Temperature:

 

Herbal teas taste best when the temperature of the water is approximately 100 degrees.

 

Strength:

 

We recommend steeping your tea for at least 3 minutes to get the full strength of the tea flavour.

 

Hot Tea

 

Step 1: Boil your water to 100°C and pour it into your favourite mug

 

Step 2: Drop in your tea bag, leaving the tag outside

 

Step 3: Leave it for 3-5 mins (the longer you leave it, the stronger the taste). We recommend you use these minutes to take a moment for yourself. Treat yourself to a mini-meditation, some mindful breathing or maybe just some good old fashioned daydreaming.

 

Step 4: Use a teaspoon to give your tea bag a quick squeeze before removing it and enjoying your cuppa!

 

 

Iced Tea

 

To make a pitcher of Iced Tea, boil the kettle then pour into a heat proof jug. Add in approximately 3-6 tea bags and let steep for at least 20 minutes. Add plenty of ice and stir. You can add herbs or slices of lemon for extra zing.

Cinnamon (29%), Lemon Balm (21%), Pineapple & Natural Pineapple Flavouring, Licorice Root, Siberian Ginseng, Clove. 

 

Happy Days

Are your flavours natural?

 

Yes the flavouring in our tea are all naturally derived.
