How to brew the perfect tea
Step 1: Boil your water to 100°C and pour it into your favourite mug
Step 2: Drop in your tea bag, leaving the tag outside
Step 3: Leave it for 3-5 mins (the longer you leave it, the stronger the taste). We recommend you use these minutes to take a moment for yourself. Treat yourself to a mini-meditation, some mindful breathing or maybe just some good old fashioned daydreaming.
Step 4: Use a teaspoon to give your tea bag a quick squeeze before removing it and enjoying your cuppa!
To enjoy your tea cold, follow the above steps, let the water cool and add ice.

We will dispatch your order from our Sydney warehouse within 1-5 business days from the time your order is confirmed. We ship all orders with Sendle, who typically estimate 3-5 business days for delivery from when your order has been dispatched.

BackTrack gives practical and emotional support to young people in rural and remote communities. batyr is a preventative charity working to reduce the stigma around mental ill-health among young Australians. And Our Futures is a clinically evaluated program helping high school students deal with anxiety and depression. So when you slow down for a cup, you are quietly doing something good too.
