In this form you will highlight all the information needed for us to send gifts to your gift-TEAs.

Complete details and return

Once you’ve filled in the form, email it through to our team at hello@mood.org.au. Allow at least 2 weeks for order process and delivery.

We’ll process your order

Once the TEAm have your order sheet, we’ll get in touch to finalise your invoice and get your tea shipped.

Frequently asked questions

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification which will include a link to the tracking number. Here you can track your package.

If you are based in a Metropolitan city then generally speaking you should typically receive your order within 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch. If you are in a regional area of Australia, then please allow between 3-6 working days for your delivery to arrive. We partner with Sendle to send parcels and times may vary.

Unfortunately, once your order has been made, we can’t make any amendments to it.
